Resumen. El presente trabajo aborda el tema de las audiencias y su influencia dentro de los medios de comunicación, cuál es su rol fundamental y porqué es que son tan importantes e imprescindibles para los medios al momento de pensar en trabajar su programación. También abordara acerca de la tecnología y como la llegada de la era digital ha impactado en los medios y audiencias ya sea para bien o mal. Abstract. The present work addresses the subject of audiences and their influence within the media, what is their fundamental role and why is it that they are so important and essential for the media when thinking about working on their programming.
